When it comes to sex appeal, they say, it's either you got it or you don't. I disagree, there is a way to improve your sex appeal. Why is sex appeal important? it's because it gives you the edge, not just in your social life, but in your professional life as well. That's because it does not only exude your inner sexuality but your character and strength, too. So, if you want to know how to improve your sex appeal, read through.

• Know thyself. The first thing that you need to do is to be original, nothing can be more original than being yourself. You should know who you are, what works for you and be comfortable with it. Sex appeal is being bold with what you stand for. Being phony is not sexy. As you try to discover what works for you physically, try to discover also, what your character is. Character will give you more strength in improving your sex appeal.
  
  
• Learn from others. Sex appeal is also about reinventing yourself. After you have discovered who you truly are and what works for you, try to socialize and imbibe people who you can learn from in improving your sexuality.
  
  
• Choose a style that's "you." When it comes to sex appeal we all want to be seen the certain way, and this projection can sometime goes out of hand that it becomes so unrealistic. That is why you have to tone it down. It's right that you have a vision of how you want to be seen by others, but you have to contrast that image with what you have learned in the first advice and mash it up with your fantasy image. Get it? When you have the perfect balance of that image you get a style that is, "you."
  
  
• Confidence. Yes, have it, own it. Sex appeal isn't just about causing others to see you uber sexy, it's also about how you view your own self; it's about feeling sexy from the inside. It's about having a high regard about yourself. Having self-confidence can be challenging. To have self- confidence, you might need to dwell on activities that empowers you and makes you feel good. It can be anything, me, I enrolled myself in a martial arts class last year and it gave me unquestionable inner strength and discipline, not to mention a tight, firm, curvy body.
  
  
• Find your passion. What is that thing that makes you feel alive and gives you a sense of purpose? In a society driven world where you are pressured to reach certain expectations, you need to be grounded and find a spot where you can feel liberated, happy, and secure. When you find that spot, nothing can shake you, no opinion can put you down... and that's what sex appeal is all about.
  
  
• Reject rejection. In life, there will be instances when our feeling of sexiness is crushed, and rejection is one of them. Rejection happens to everyone. The best thing to deal with rejection is to shake it off, and to learn and grow from it. Nothing is sexier than a woman who falls down, got back on her feet, with her head held high.
  
  
• Give yourself a pat on the back. Doing all the things mentioned above is not enough; you have to make it as a habit. When you have done something that contributed to your personal growth, give yourself a reward. Pay attention to yourself and be constantly aware of your personal growth. Sex appeal is all about being in control of who you are in a subtle seductive way.
